POWER
Man craves for power. Power over others, power to
lead a group, Power to settle problems and to rule others and their destiny are some examples.
But one must remember that POWER HAS TO BE PERSONAL.
Power does not come with exhibiting leadership traits like modulating your voice, keeping your hands on your hips, playing
down people and similar behavior so very characteristic of the leader lobby.
Personal Power comes from the power to influence
others. This will only be born out of truth, nobility, honor, courage and spirit. Genuine concern and care for others will
certainly draw people to you. Human interest, compassion and effort in helping others will also make a leader out of you.
And it will be so unconscious that you may never feel the need to be powerful or never realize the power you weild. Such is
the self conscious less of genuine personal power.
